GoTrek collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, review trip applications, and support confirmed travelers.
What we collect
Public forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, trip interests, party size, preferred timing, and a general summary of relevant mountain experience. Please do not submit medical, passport, payment-card, or other sensitive information through these forms.
How it is used
Information is used to reply to your request, assess whether a trip is a reasonable fit, coordinate next steps, and maintain basic business records. GoTrek does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Website hosting, form delivery, and secure record storage may be provided by services such as Cloudflare, Resend, and Supabase. Those providers process information only to operate the website and its communications.
Retention and choices
Inquiry and application records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, safety planning, and business obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, call (360) 854-8761.
