Choose the objective before the calendar
The combined trip is the relevant option if you want both Iztaccíhuatl and Orizaba. Its longer program also creates a different journey through Mexico, rather than simply adding a second summit to an identical short itinerary.
Orizaba Express is a focused program for people whose objective is Orizaba. Six or seven days still need to accommodate preparation, the agreed acclimatization plan, the summit attempt, and travel. The final sequence is set with GoTrek.
A shorter trip still needs a preparation review
Both programs require prior ice-axe arrest, cramponing, and rope-team travel skills. Describe when you last used those skills, your recent mountain trips, and how you handled previous altitude. Discuss what refresher preparation may be appropriate before choosing dates.
Do not assume the longer option guarantees a summit, or that the shorter option suits every fit traveler. The team, weather, mountain conditions, and individual response all affect the plan.
Compare the whole proposal
Ask GoTrek to confirm your arrival and departure points, included hotels and meals, transportation, and any private itinerary supplements. Keep the published program price separate from airfare, personal equipment, insurance, and other excluded expenses.
