Start with the route and number of days
Manaslu and Kanchenjunga are private programs whose duration is agreed with GoTrek. A daily rate helps explain the pricing basis, but it is not a complete quote until the number of program days and additional arrangements are established.
Ask what the proposed duration includes: Kathmandu time, walking days, local transportation, rest, and contingency time. Do not choose a route solely by multiplying the daily rate by the smallest possible number of days.
What to include in your budget
The published Nepal inclusions cover agreed Kathmandu transfers and hotels, welcome and farewell dinners, trekking meals, park fees and permits, guiding and porter support, relevant group equipment, and scheduled local transportation. The final scope belongs in your written itinerary.
International airfare, visas, personal gear, most Kathmandu meals, gratuities, insurance, and costs from delays or early departure are excluded. Helicopter flights are additional, with the cost TBD. Confirm which flight arrangements apply to your particular route.
Trekking and Everest climbing are separate offers
The $295 daily rate applies to trekking programs. Mount Everest climbing objectives are individually quoted after an experience and logistics review. A base-camp trek does not include a summit attempt.
Discuss dates, services, extra costs, and cancellation arrangements before registering. The $700 per-person deposit is credited toward your trip; the remaining balance is due at least 90 days before departure.
